Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
1. No Return Policy
Due to the consumable nature of food products, GMJ FOODS does not accept returns after delivery.
2. Eligible Cases
Refunds or replacements are available only for wrong products, damaged, leaking or tampered products, expired products, missing items, verified lost shipments, or verified manufacturing defects.
3. Claim Window
All claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Required Proof
Customers must provide the Order ID, clear photos of the package and product, a complete unboxing video where applicable, the invoice (if available), and a brief description of the issue.
5. Verification
GMJ FOODS reserves the right to verify every claim before approving a refund or replacement.
6. Refund Process
Prepaid order refunds are credited to the original payment method. COD order refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
7. Replacement
Where appropriate, GMJ FOODS may provide a replacement instead of a refund.
8. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available for opened or consumed products, change of mind, incorrect orders placed by customers, taste preferences, incorrect addresses, delivery refusal, or minor packaging variations.
9. Food Safety
Natural variations may occur in food products. Customers are advised to review the ingredients and store products according to the instructions provided on the product label.
10. Fraud Prevention
Fraudulent or unverifiable claims may be rejected. Repeated abuse of this policy may result in suspension of customer accounts or restrictions on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
