Cancellation Policy
1. Customer Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
2. Company Cancellation
GMJ FOODS reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, failed customer verification, force majeure events, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
3. Cancellation Charges
No cancellation charges will apply for orders cancelled before dispatch.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may result in restrictions or refusal of future COD orders. Shipping charges and COD handling fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
5. Order Modification
Once an order has been placed, changes to products, quantities, delivery address, or payment method are not permitted. Customers may cancel the order before dispatch and place a new order if required.
6. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds for prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. COD orders do not require a refund as payment has not been collected.
7. Policy Updates
GMJ FOODS reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
