1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
2. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery across India is 4–7 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, remote locations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on all orders of ₹499 and above. Orders below ₹499 are subject to a flat shipping charge of ₹60. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional ₹10 COD handling charge, where applicable.
4. Shipping Partner
GMJ FOODS ships orders through Shiprocket and its logistics partner network. The courier partner may vary depending on the delivery location and serviceability.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via Email, SMS, and/or WhatsApp. Customers may also track their order through the GMJ FOODS website or the Shiprocket tracking link provided.
6. Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Non-Returnable Food Products
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products, all products are non-returnable. Refunds or replacements are available only for verified cases of wrong, damaged, expired, or missing products reported within 48 hours of delivery, as per our Refund Policy.
8. Address Changes
Delivery address modifications are not permitted after an order has been placed. Customers are requested to verify their shipping details before completing the order.
9. International Shipping
Currently, GMJ FOODS delivers products only within India. International shipping services may be introduced in the future.
10. Policy Updates
GMJ FOODS reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on the website.
