Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
4. Products
Product images are for illustration purposes only. As our products are made from natural ingredients, slight variations in colour, aroma, texture, or appearance may occur. Product availability is subject to stock.
5. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts, and promotional offers may change without prior notice.
6. Orders
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by GMJ FOODS. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
7. Payments
We accept payments through UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Digital Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD). A ₹10 handling fee is applicable for all COD orders.
8. Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery across India is between 4–7 business days, depending on the destination.
9. Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order only before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
10. Returns & Refunds
Food products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons. Refunds or replacements are available only in cases of verified wrong, damaged, expired, or missing products, as per our Refund Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the GMJ FOODS name, logo, product packaging, images, graphics, and text, is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
12. Prohibited Use
Users must not engage in fraudulent activities, hacking, scraping, unauthorized access, abusive behaviour, or misuse of promotional offers while using the website.
13. Limitation of Liability
GMJ FOODS’ liability shall be limited to the value of the relevant order, except where a greater liability is required under applicable law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh.
